We have an opportunity for a detail oriented person with demonstrated experience in high volume data-entry for a finance function, to join our Accounts Receivable team on a fixed-term contract. The successful person will provide financial, clerical and administrative support, to ensure efficient and accurate invoicing, and the timely payment of accounts. This role is an excellent opportunity for a person looking to build their experience in a global organisation and would be ideally suited to someone flexible, adaptable, willing to learn new tasks quickly.

Our ideal candidate will be highly organised and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Additionally, you will have:

  • Experience in a high-volume accounts department
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines
